the TCOR is building a primary oil refining unit with a capacity of 3 million tons per year and a plant for the production of polypropylene film, designed to produce 21,000 tons of products per year. In addition, a complex of facilities is being built for the production of high-octane grades of motor gasoline. It includes installations for the production of high-octane components of automotive fuel from 250,000 tons of liquefied gas and 230,000 tons of low-octane A-80 gasoline, as well as a gasoline blending unit with a capacity of 2.3 million tons.
